I came across this web page while researching Barbie for my College essay. I like many young girls have grown up with Barbie. Until now I had no idea about the negative effects that Barbie had on women. I hope that one day we will all take the time to look at each other differently and to take the time to look on the other side of Barbie's coin. I wish the best to all who are dealing with weight problems, and congradulate all who have accepted themselves as beautiful people. There was an article in the Jump magazine about you and it really touched me. People should focus more from the inside than their outter appearance. I believe they should create differnt size barbies which is how people are in reality. I give you a lot of credit girl more power to ya! :)

I heard you on the Michael Jackson radio show in LA. It was such an interesting program because I could really relate. When I bought your book I couldn't put it down.
